-Knots in the wood are a natural occurrence. This product is made out of wood and some pencils will have knots that you can lightly see under the paint

-Please note that the silver piece is purposefully glued on slightly crooked. I feel like it makes the product even cuter. If this will bother you, go ahead and request that the piece be put on a straight in the notes to the seller when checking out. I will do my best to get it straight.

- All four fonts do have accents included. I just copy and paste it how you type it and I haven't had a single one not work.
